Today the Easter Sunday

Today the Easter Sunday the holy(i)day for belivers. It is the chain of holidays for office goers because of good friday last week, Vishu next week and the general election that follows on 16th.
Elections in Kerala is an immense battle of two main political platforms - to put in two sides . The Left (LDF) and the Right (UDF). In between these two there is BJP which has very slim chance in the state although it may emerge as the single largest party across India.
However it looks like the people of Kerala have last faith in both front because both lack commitment towards development.
Just to give an example. Kochi being the largest and most popular city in Kerala lacks even basic infracture like good Roads, waste water management etc., Even though it stands on the bank of the holy river Periyar many of its parts lacks potable water. Traffic jams are very common sight during peack hours in Kaloor junction, M G road and else where.
None of the political parties has any plans to tackle these burning problems and it looks like kochites are adjusted their lives to live in underdeveloped condition.
